🚗 Creating a New Reservation
Step 1: Creating a New Reservation
- Navigate to the Reservations Dashboard and ‘New Reservation’ in the top righthand corner.
- Enter the required details:
- Pick-up Date and Pick-up Time.
- Return Date and Return Time.
- Location: Specify the pick-up or delivery point. Common options include Owen Roberts International Airport or other specified locations where All Star Car Rentals delivers.
- If the pick-up location is at the Airport, include flight details such as the flight number and airline name.

Step 2: Checking Vehicle Availability
- Once the reservation details are entered, the system will display Available Vehicle Classes.
- Vehicles with a Green Tab are available for the selected dates and can be reserved immediately.
- Vehicles with a Red Tab are unavailable for those dates.

Step 3: Add-Ons & Insurance

⛽️ GAS: This is used for customers who return the car without filling the gas tank. Ignore this for now, this is on our teams side.
🦺 INSURANCE:
Partners can provide customers with various insurance options:
1. CDW – Collision Damage Waiver
- Covers 100% of all damages to the rental vehicle unless the vehicle is used in violation of the rental agreement.
- If declined, the renter is fully responsible for all damages, and charges will be placed on their credit card.
- Cost per day:
- Compact: US$17.95/day
- Mid-Size & Full-Size: US$20/day
- Van, SUV, Jeep: US$21.95/day
- Note: Renters under 25 years old cannot purchase CDW.
2. TPLW – Third Party Liability Waiver
- Covers damages to third-party property or pedestrians.
- Cost: US$10/day (all vehicles).
🛞 Equipment & Services:
- Additional Drivers: Free of charge.
- Booster Seats: US$10/day.
- Car Seats: US$10/day.
Step 4: Adding Customer Information

Select whether the customer is New or an Existing customer (click find my information)

For New Customers, Enter (or update for existing) the following details:
- First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number.
- Address: Street, City, State, ZIP Code, Country.
- Driver’s License Information: Number, Expiration Date, or upload a copy.
- Date of Birth: Month, Date, Year.

Step 5: Finalizing the Reservation
- Review all details from Steps 1–4 in the Overview Section.
- Signatures: You can ignore this step, our team will gather signatures with the customer when the car is being picked up.
- Choose from the following options:
- Confirm Reservation: Finalize the booking and send a confirmation email to the customer.
- Confirm as Pending: Save the reservation without finalizing it.
- Confirm and Clone: Confirm this reservations and create a duplicate reservation for similar needs.
- Send a Quote: Email a rate quote to the customer. The quote is valid for 72 hours.
